Greetings! I’m Michele, and I’m honored to guide you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples in non-traditional relationships, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. With a deep respect for your unique experiences, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and desires without fear of rejection or misunderstanding.

I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and my approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and authenticity. Together, we’ll navigate life’s complexities—whether it’s understanding relationship dynamics, exploring personal identity, or finding peace in your own story.

My goal is to empower you to embrace your true self and make meaningful changes that support your well-being and growth.

I’m here to support you as we explore the “what-ifs” that have held you back and unlock the “why-nots” that can lead to transformation. Every step of the way, I’ll be with you—ready to listen, understand, and help you move forward.

If you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or simply searching for something more, I’m here to help. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself, without judgment, and with understanding. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover what's really at the core, and work through it at your own pace.

A Little About Me

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which I completed in 2021. I also earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024, both from Capella University. But more than my degrees, I bring a personal understanding of non-traditional relationships. I’ve been previously in a polyamorous relationship, and I’m a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a parent to a nonbinary child, I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces for all identities and experiences. I’m also a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, focused on education, support, and empowerment.

Outside of therapy, I run a nonprofit online sorority for nontraditional students across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, empowering women to support each other and chase their dreams. This work has shown me the deep power of connection and belonging, and it’s something I carry into every therapeutic relationship I have.

What You Can Expect

You can expect a personalized approach that’s tailored to your unique journey. I draw from a blend of evidence-based methods—like Bowen Family Systems, EFT, the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Collaborative Therapy—to help you reconnect with yourself, heal relationships, and move through the things that are holding you back.

Why I Do This Work

I believe healing happens when we embrace all of who we are—the messy, the beautiful, and everything in between. Therapy is a place to rewrite the stories that no longer serve you and lean into what’s next. It’s about being curious, open, and willing to explore new possibilities, even when things feel uncertain. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. Let’s take that first step together.
