I believe therapy should be accessible while also sustainable. That’s why I offer a Green Bottle Sliding Scale for clients with varying financial circumstances.

• Small Bottle (30%) – For clients with limited financial resources.

• Medium Bottle (67%) – For clients with moderate financial stability.

• Large Bottle (100%) – Standard full rate.

• Pay It Forward – For clients who are financially secure and wish to help others access care by contributing a little extra.

Each “bottle” represents a different price point, so you can choose what best reflects your current situation.

When you enter therapy with me, I’ll invite you to reflect on your:​

• Income and household resources

• Bills and responsibilities (rent, dependents, medical costs, debt, etc.)

• Privilege and stability (employment, savings, housing security, family support)

 

From there, you select the “bottle” that feels most aligned with your reality. The Green Bottle method relies on trust and honesty—your choice helps make therapy more accessible for all while keeping my practice sustainable.​

• The number of sessions needed will depend on your goals and progress.

• These estimates are for out-of-pocket costs and do not reflect any potential insurance reimbursement.

• If therapy extends beyond 3 months, we will reassess your needs and adjust accordingly.

To ensure fairness and balance, I offer a limited number of Small and Medium Bottle slots at any given time. These are reserved for clients with clear financial need. Once those spaces are full, new clients may only join at the Large Bottle or Pay It Forward levels until spots reopen.

 

This allows me to provide care to a diverse range of clients without compromising the quality and consistency of therapy.

💳 Payment Policy​​

​

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Missed or canceled sessions (without appropriate notice) will be charged at your full selected bottle rate.

• Balances must be cleared before the next session to avoid cancellation of services.
